We want you to love your drip! If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges
 

• You may return unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

• To request a return, please contact us at dripdistrict97@gmail.com with your order number.
   

Refunds
 

• Refunds will be issued once items are inspected and approved.

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   

Non-Returnable Items
 

• Items purchased on clearance/sale.

• Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at dripdistrict97@gmail.com.

• Once processing/shipping has started, cancellations are not possible.
   

Refund for Cancellations

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
